How can I return my product?
You can raise a return request within 7 days of delivery by emailing support@zauqstore.in or messaging us on WhatsApp at +91-9004520252 with your Order ID and clear photos of the product. Once approved, we arrange a reverse pickup or share self-shipping instructions. Full details are on our Refund and Returns Policy page.
How can I get refund?
Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days after your return is approved and passes our quality check. UPI, bank transfer, and prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment source. COD orders are refunded via UPI or bank transfer to details you share with us. Your bank may take an additional 2 to 5 days to credit the amount.
How can I order product from your website?
Browse the catalog, add products to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping address, choose your payment method (UPI, bank transfer, or COD where available), and confirm the order. You’ll receive an order confirmation via email and WhatsApp, followed by a tracking ID once your order is dispatched.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Metro cities typically receive orders in 3 to 5 business days from dispatch. Tier-2 cities in 4 to 6 days. Tier-3 and remote pincodes in 5 to 8 days. You’ll get a tracking ID once dispatched so you can follow the shipment in real time.
What are your shipping charges?
Flat ₹79 shipping on orders below ₹999. Free delivery on all orders of ₹999 and above. All charges are transparent and shown at checkout — no hidden fees added later.
